How Do These Revitalizing Fillers Work?

All these are hyaluronic acid based fillers, formulated to replace lost volume in the face; particularly, facial parenthesis, and lines and the nose lips and cheeks. Additionally, these fillers are often combined with lidocaine, a type of local numbing medicine that improves patient comfort during their treatment.

How Do They Work?

Hyaluronic acid based filler injections are performed to fill facial depressions and thin lips. The number of syringes, location and depth of the injections depend on your desired results and the recommendations of Dr Schmidt. Restylane and Juvederm are proven to last up to a year; Voluma may last up to two years. Once a patient is treated again, they will often require less product than before to maintain their results.
